Do You Eat It?

We've all been there: You dropped your cupcake on the ground. Did it land icing up, down?
Can you just scrape off the icing? How many hours have you lost trying to decide?

Two Connecticut College student researchers have found that the 'five-second rule'
which stipulates that dropped food will be safe to eat if it stays on the floor for fewer than five seconds
