The “I Need A Break” Tuscany Roadtrip

After many hours of screaming, punching the wall and frustration
I managed to finish my second project.
You know the one who caused the "No Posts" on dedeismus ;)
So what do I do now? Well first I'm going to take a shower...
After that I'm off to Italy, where I meet foltlebar and Janne.

Until then have fun, see you soon and live long and prosper...

Edwardian Drunks

Look it's your grand granddaddy...
This is simply the funniest thing today! Good old historical drunks, I think they have more style then
these days drunksters! Really how many wear a bowler? I think it's about time to go out with
my Bowler and have the time of my life in the bar next door ;)

Richard ‘Dirty Dick’ Flemming (above) – also listed with the alias ‘Dick the Devil’.
He was sentenced on February 20, 1903 for being drunk and disorderly,
receiving 21 days of hard labour. He is described as 5ft 2in with a
slim build and pug nose - dailymail

Holy Here We Go Again, Batman!

Behold the many Holy's from Robin!
You got to love the 60's version of Batman. The silly dancing, the one of a kind dialog and
the utility belt! Found this nice site where I guess almost all Holy's from Robin are listed. Holy cold creeps, Batman!
Go here to see the whole list and everything else about this awesome show :)

Robin: "Where'd you get a live fish, Batman?" Batman: "The true crimefighter always
carries everything he needs in his utility belt, Robin." - Batman 1960s

I love the nostalgia of the archaic and I hope that not
everything which has outlived its use goes to waste - iri5

A Collection a Day

This is the first picture from Lisa Congdon on her Blog called A Collection a Day, 2010.
So what about it? Well you are going to see every Day ( 365 Days ) a new collection.
I love the idea and mosty the fact that she must have a huge unique stock of wonderful retro stuff.
All I have is a unique Collection of Ikea Furniture ;)

Since I was a young girl, I have been obsessed both with collecting and with arranging,
organizing and displaying my collections. This is my attempt to document my collections,
both the real and the imagined. Some of my collections are so large that I will need
to photograph them separately over several days. I will likely not attempt to photograph
collections in which the individual pieces are large in size or awkward in shape
(i.e. my art collection or vintage enamel dishware collection).
The only rule is that I must photograph or draw a whole or part of a collection
each day for 365 days and post the result here on this blog - Lisa Congdon

Images Of Lotus Land

Okay first of all this Story might be old. Do you get it? might be old... OLD?!  Okay okay bad joke.

In the late 19th and early 20th century, Enigmatic Photographer T. Enami (1859-1929) captured Pictures of the Lotus Land Japan in stereoview.
Like the Picture above. One of the device to view them looked like this:

Now thanks to animated GIFs they look like this and give a pretty darn good 3D Illusion.
